How Do We Do it?
For the best results we like to focus solely on project planning first to ensure we can capture the exact vision and timeline to achieve your goals. Our architects will meet with the homeowners to take measurements of the space and provide layout drawings for customer approval. Then our engineers draft structural details and plans to submit to the city for approvals. While we are getting permit approvals we work on the design and shop for the materials needed with the homeowner(s). During this process you will get to see the 3D visuals of the home with the materials you have picked out. This is one of customers, and our, favorite parts because you truly get to see your vision come more to life. Once we receive approvals from the city we begin the construction phase in order of accordance to the scope of work. Along the way we stay in communication with the customer to ensure you get a visual of your home becoming your dream space!
